Robert M. Wilson. Ph.D. is the founder and president of Keystone Training and Consulting, Inc. and also a founder and president of the Parenting Institute. He has served as a custody Mediator and co-parenting educator for the Family Court of Allegheny County, since 1997. Dr. Wilson has a B.A. from Washington and Jefferson College and graduate degrees including a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition he has post-doctoral education from Duquesne University and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a licensed professional counselor. He has been an educator for 50 years with adjunct faculty positions at the University of Pittsburgh, Duquesne University and Lehigh University. In addition, Dr. Wilson is currently one of the principal instructors for the Preparedness Leadership Institute and is on the national teaching cadre for the Community Oriented Police program. Consultancies with several Fortune 100 and 500 companies round out Dr. Wilson's background.
Lynn MacBeth is a licensed professional counselor, attorney and mediator of family and workplace issues. She serves as a Generations child custody mediator in Allegheny County family division and as a REDRESS mediator for the U. S. Postal Service. In addition to her counseling, mediation and law practice, Lynn MacBeth is a provider of basic family mediation training approved by the Association for Conflict Resolution Academy of Family Mediators. She is a founding member of the Parenting Institute and the author of 2015 book The Art of Family Mediation: Theory and Practice, now in its second edition. She attended Chatham University undergraduate majoring in English, Carlow University where she obtained her Master of Science in Professional Counseling, and University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member of Duquesne University School of Law, Capella University, and Strayer University.
